Description of Marble Pastry Cutting Inches Rolling

πŸ† A MUST FOR BAKERS - When chilled, a marble cool surface is ideal for keeping dough from sticking. πŸͺ HEALTHIER - Since a marble cutting board has a smooth and non-porous surface, it prevents juices from raw meat or fish from seeping into the deeper layers of the board. πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ SERVE UP SOMETHING SPECIAL - With white and rich gray veining it works as the perfect backdrop for an array of artisanal bread, sliced meats, fresh fruit, and cheese, as well as other tasty bite-sized eats and treats. On its own, it doubles as elegant countertop art and a Charcuterie board. πŸƒ EASY TO CLEAN - Another important benefit of marble chopping boards is that they can be easily cleaned with water, soap and are dishwasher safe. Unlike wooden cutting boards, marble will not warp when soaked in water. πŸ‘ DURABLE - A marble cutting board is very durable because it is made from a hard and long-lasting material. Its toughness can even exceed that of knives. To prevent damage to knives, the user should be a bit more careful when using this type of cutting board.

Love this rolling pin

This is exactly what I was looking for. My favorite is the hard rolling pin style, mine disappeared when we moved. It's sleek, easy to clean and easy to use, yes it's just a wooden stick but it does the job and I love it. Also useful if you put together a weapon set in the kitchen, with a frying pan and a carving knife you are well prepared.

Breaking point in the Cutlery & Knife Accessories category

This French rolling pin is just what I was looking for. Just used it for the first time and it was a lot easier to use than my previous pen, which was a typical "non-stick" style of pen that was anything but. The best pie crust experience ever. I'm so glad I finally switched. PS- Some other reviews have noted issues such as chipping of the wood or wood without finishing. Mine is good on both counts.

  • Great for me

DO NOT SPEND TIME OR MONEY on this product

This roller broke halfway the second time we used it. It's quite expensive compared to other products and definitely not worth breaking so easily. We contacted the seller with pictures of the broken item and he said he would send us a replacement but it's been a few months and we still haven't received anything. We emailed them a couple of times and they never responded to us again. Instead we will try another brand.

Everything is OK. Additional work required

Sooooooo tried making samoa dough today. Very easy to use and rolls well except you have to sand it down to make it completely smooth. Also right after I washed it after use there were shards left so I'm waiting for it to dry so I can sand and oil it. Also, he caught my dough multiple times. There were no visible imperfections on it. Well, on the one hand I like it, but it could have been polished again before it says "done".

Great for tortillas. and everything else. No glue!

I liked it the first time! I love baking and making tortillas, but sometimes I've decided against it because I didn't like my old traditional rolling pin. I was watching the Great British Baking Show master class and heard Paul Hollywood mention something about such a rolling pin. Decided to give it a try and toss my old needle to the landfill after first use. I've used it for fondant, bread and pie crust, but it's to die for tortillas. Some say it took a few uses to get rid of it, but I've had

Gorgeous little rolling pin

I'm approaching the age where I don't have to use old wine bottles as rolling pins anymore. It was great when I was broke and eating granola out of old cottage cheese containers, but in the end I decided to make peace and buy an actual rolling pin. Don't get me wrong, I love repurposing and those old cottage cheese containers are now being put to other uses, but I eat granola out of a bowl and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. I hate regular rolling pins because there's usually a small…

Nice needle but they shouldn't burn the name into the wood

For a long time I thought it was my fault that my dough rarely came out round. It didn't stop me from sleeping at night, but it annoyed me that I was missing out on something so seemingly elementary about working with the test. I decided to try the French lapel pin and voila! On the day of arrival I baked an apple pie and rolled it in two rounds! I've always used classic pencils with handles and bearings. Not anymore, at least when I need ammo. This is a beautiful lapel pin, smooth as satin…

Stay away ! Best in cutting boards

When they PACK (first) and SELL you this rolling pin with a wooden knot (and hole) right in the middle, it means they are: 1. Don't worry about the product.2. Don't worry about you as an end user. I read the reviews here and some had the same problem. One of them received a reply from the manufacturer giving their email address. So I decided to write to them about my problem and attach these photos. That was over 24 hours ago - no response. That's why the small hole in the middle of the pen is…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
