These posts are slightly longer than the stock 2004 Honda Pilot posts (maybe 1/4-1/2 inch) so both old posts will need to be removed before the new ones are installed. Once both posts are removed the overhead gate can be raised higher for installation. After this problem is fixed, the racks work fine and are easy to install.
