Great soft case!

After surgery on both elbows, I tried several cuffs and elbow braces. The McDavid 6500 is the winner for me. The sleeve offers good support and the hex padding offers comfortable protection. One of the downsides is that they don't hold up well and often slip off my biceps. If the upper end of the case had inner rings made of non-slip silicone, I would give it 5 fat stars.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Available seperately!?

Too bad I didn't read the product description and assumed that the elbow pads are sold in pairs (stupid idea, I know). Not this one! What do I need from an elbow pad? Here's a radical idea: why not assume your average customer has two hands and package (and price) those things accordingly? When I realized that I was only being sold one elbow pad, I decided to return it without even trying it on.

True to size, very similar to the hex pads

Bought these to protect my elbows from tendinitis. The hexagonal padding adapts perfectly to the shape of the elbow. This is a big plus compared to others! Be warned though, they are very long, I'm 6ft 6", long arms, and the sleeve goes from my wrist to the top of my head. my biceps. It can be a little uncomfortable on the shoulder so I tend, like most guys who wear them, to roll the top down an inch or two, then it's much more comfortable. Generally a really high-quality elbow protection.

and I'm so glad he has it because I was his mother.

My 11 year old son bought this for his amazingly physical team games while traveling and I'm so glad he got it because like his mum I cringe a lot. The men's small sneakers are a bit too big for him (he's wiry), but he also has the brand's knee pads and we were impressed with both. We've tried other brands and many of them break on the second or third fall. This brand has been the best so far. A few games ago he dove for the ball, skidded across the floor on his knees and rolled into the…

Too small for basketball

I don't have the arms pictured above although I work out. Probably everyone who buys this product is in the air conditioning industry and will not have match hands. I measured my elbow as suggested and ordered a large one that falls within the lower range of the elbow circumference for this size. There is no size indication on the product, only on the plastic packaging. said big. I was so happy to get this because my current elbow pads are loose with use and slip off as I roll down the street…

GREAT defender! - Sport

I was looking for protection for the ulnar nerve in my elbow after a failed surgery. This protective pad works better than any other protective pads I have tried. Most importantly, the elbow pain has subsided. If this changes I will come back and change this review. It's flexible, bends with my arm and covers quite a bit around the elbow. Some covered too little area. I tried this particular type of protection because I saw hockey players wearing t-shirts with similar protection on their…
