I like that it is cloud-based, which allows me to access my record from anywhere in the world with an internet connection! The program does not always have all of the necessary information available at once. For example when doing medication reviews; sometimes there are fields missing or wrong data. I like that it is easy to use, has many features including patient portals as well which makes my job easier! The interface could be more user-friendly since there are some things you have no idea how they work or what options exist until after clicking them once (or twice). The best part of medisy is that it helps me to manage all my patients at one place which makes patient care easy. I like how you can create your own views so as to view what data would be useful in each case, this gives more freedom over viewing information than other software platforms out there.
