Very disappointing! I ordered a second one thinking the first card was just bad luck and you know what. The second card was also empty! If we could test the product before shipping to customers, that would be great! The disappointment on my second try was like a sad child at Christmas!

I recently traded in my Mercedes C300 for a newer CPO model. The dealer fee for the navigation SD card was $840, which I politely declined. I found this one and decided it was worth the risk, ordered it and it was delivered the next day. I put it in the SD slot, started the car and after about 2 minutes booting up, it asked me if I wanted to pair this card with this machine. I chose "Yes" and voila. it was functional. Thank you for saving me over $750. Highly recommended!

My wife bought this used Mercedes C300 (2016) AWD for $13,000 for $22,000 but it had no navigation. After installing and following the simple installation guide on the car, now there is the navigation. Mercedes doesn't make it easy to use, but you can get used to it if you learn to talk instead of playing with the joystick. Speech recognition is much easier. Arrived on time and worked as soon as put in. 2017 C300 (build date late 2016) with Audio 20 pre-wiring, no enhanced touchpad. Works great! As far as I know this is one of two SD cards that will work with your c300 that were manufactured before August 2017. However, the other map is very outdated (Garmin Map Pilot 5.2, 2015). Enter your serial number and use mb vin decoder to check if you have audio 20 prewired and as far as I know you can work with c300, glc300. Traffic updates aren't working,
