Not everything is specified. If you order a toilet, don't waste your money!

Answers to questions say it was 4-5ft long (which probably worked around the world). It's not, I measured it, it's only 3 feet plus 6 inches for the handle. Might be ok for a sink or shower but definitely a waste of money if you need it for a toilet. Totally useless for this purpose; I know I've tried and it's too short. I'm glad I only paid €8 for it because now I can't return it because it was used. Should have just sent it back seeing how short it was. One star is for ease of use, that's…

Wonderful. Feel free to try!

The shower drain has been slow since we moved in 4 years ago. I cleaned it several times with small plastic zip ties that came out with a lot of dirt. The drain worked a little better for a few days, but then went bad again. I finally wanted to call Roto Rooter and figured before I spend $200 why not give this thing a try. MARVELOUS. It went in so easily I was sure it wouldn't work, but lo and behold when I pulled it back out it was really gross how much dirt this thing pulled out. I am…

it worked! suitable for rough plumbing

I used this, when it came for my shower I put it down the drain and twisted several times, pulled it out and did the same thing several times. Turns out there was still a blockage, annoyed I called a plumber, didn't check again thinking the person was for nothing, didn't use any of the plumbing in that bathroom for a few days. The plumber came, let the water run for a while without stopping? the? blocking gone? I paid $44. for his services call him to tell me i don't need him! I said all this…

Did in seconds what a whole bottle of Liquid Plumber couldn't

I dropped a bar of soap down the shower drain and nothing could knock it out. Two uses of Liquid Plumber, consuming a whole bottle, didn't help. I ordered this unit in a last ditch attempt to clear this stubborn clog before calling a plumber and paying $$$ to avoid standing ankle deep in water during a 10 minute shower. At first it was difficult to get the snake. far enough into the sewers. Turns out he was stuck and couldn't go any further. A few twists and bam! I pulled out a soapy ball of…

Works well but requires some patience and an elbow.

This worked well for me, but I saw how difficult it could be for some people to use, so I took off a star for that. Here's the method I used: push the cord as far as you can to run it down the drain, then twist it with the handle (clockwise or counterclockwise doesn't seem to matter) and that Cable will shorten as you walk. The coiled wire at the end will work its way into the clog. Do this for a while, at least until the cable is visibly shortened. Then let it unwind in the opposite direction…

Great solution for the kitchen

I have tried many drain cleaning liquids, gels and pellets (specifically formulated for stubborn kitchen clogs) to turn off the kitchen sink to no avail. Short of a pipe wrench and ripping, I decided to try this first. What many uses of chemicals couldn't fix, I was able to remove in under 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier. It was tight cutting into my drain holes. Filling is easier than taking out. The trick I found was to pull on the spring so that it wedges into the drain hole at an angle and…
