I carried it up and down more than I planned. Appears to be waterproof. But having ridden the track I can say that it is generally very durable.

Bought for my husband to transport and store his inflatable kayak. It's the perfect size and very comfortable to carry even though the kayak weighs around 40 pounds. A great purchase so far! You're clearly not going to fill it to the brim with rocks, and you can lift it without tearing up the backpack or yourself. Received this in hopes I could carry my 27" mini longboard along with some pads and accessories. Now that I see how big it really is it's probably going to fit my board, my mats, and all the clothes I take on a hike, and then some! This thing is huge!
