This kit contains everything you need to start making small signs. It is easy to use and all letter guides are clearly marked. I find it easy to recommend this to people to start making signs.

if you made the height and width of the templates the same so that the letters can be placed not only horizontally but also vertically. I ended up building my own contraption to accomplish this, but it would be nice if they did it that way.

Nice sturdy template set. Read the instructions before cutting wood. There is a minimum length that is comfortable to use. Don't be me with a bunch of crazy city clips. It wasn't cheap, but it thought of most of the things you need and packed everything together.

I really liked how it all came together. Many letter and number combinations are easy to snap into place with the included shelving system. I have already made several marks with this product. The only wish is that they sell a range of characters with arrows of different lengths and sizes.

This set is very easy to use. I jumped up and was running in no time. Putting up a sign is quick, and when you make several of the same sign, it's very quick. You have to be careful to stick to the outside of the template, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. I've used it with a HF 2hp fixed base router and it's been great.

I have a new Bosch pr20 router. The instructions state that to install the router baseplate, you should use slots E and F, which are the most likely to work, but they do not allow for a proper installation. I called Milescraft and they told me to either drill or file. Either get the tablet working or remove the router from the list of compatible routers. I sawed and drilled to make it work, but that's not my job.

I returned the 1st order because the clip was broken, the center pin was snapped on 2, the letter was cracked and the specs on one of the 4 rails were wrong. enough that it doesn't fit in the connection component. The replacement box had a cracked letter (also the same letter) and the same problem with just one of the guides. This time I used pliers to adjust the splint to make it usable. After solving these problems the tool became easy to use and I created 4 characters with a 2.5 inch letter.

Letter templates are of poor quality and flimsy. Especially letters like WNM.etc. B doesn't look like B. My main problem is one of the clamps holding the work piece. Extremely difficult to shoot due to poor quality control. Tried using a plunge router but quickly gave up due to very poor visibility. It is extremely difficult to keep track of the cutter as my cutter disc is not transparent and installing the supplied transparent disc requires significant modification and investment to make these

The concept is good, but obviously the win was more important than adding a few more qualities. First, this thing should have tiny holes, chips, markers, a ruler, etc. on both the top and bottom and on both sides, which will allow you to easily center the finished, milled letters both vertically and horizontally on a piece of wood with drawn lines. Also, the letters are too thin and many of the letters are fragile and too flexible to hold their position on the guides provided. The tolerances…
