Installed on a 2006 LBZ. Everything went as it should. The aluminum adapter to the cooler is tight when you run dry, but a little grease/grease on the rubber o-ring and some LIGHT rubber mallet taps fixes that. Includes 4 large clips for the main unit and heatsink. Hose connectors, but not for the two smaller heater hose and coolant reservoir hose connectors. This is my favorite hose - I had a small problem installing it on my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD - I couldn't fit the aluminum clamp to the bottom fitting on my radiator. Hose quality is great, part quality is great, parts fit? Absolute hot trash. I wouldn't buy it again if it was on sale for half the price. I can't tell you how much stress and frustration the stainless floor hitch has caused me. Another review said it's a pain in the ass, I say it can't be done unless you take out the radiator and hammer it in with a hammer.
