Used once to steam vegetables. After draining the water, I noticed that inside the pot there were water stains on the bottom that were difficult to remove. After contacting customer service, the response was great. They immediately sent me a new pot. Miriam was so helpful and attentive!

I like the pan handles and the fact that they don't get hot during use. It worked great for us right from the start. After the second use I noticed rust on the inside of the pot where the handles attach. There are no holes, screws or fasteners on the handles to cause rust. I'm pretty sure this is partly due to the very thin pot. I wouldn't waste money. I think the saying "you get what you pay for" still applies.

So far, so good! It's very easy to clean and use - and at a reasonable price! We used a steamer basket which broke down and drove us crazy because it kept falling apart and was difficult to clean. This is the first steamer I have ever bought. Read many reviews before buying. This one isn't huge, but bigger than I expected. It was easy to use. Unfortunately, I dropped the lid and the handle broke into several pieces. I was able to glue it back together and it was obviously my fault, but I was disappointed that the plastic handle was so brittle. I've been looking for a stainless steel steamer set for a long time. I have used this many times now so this review will be accurate. I have a gas stove, I'm 70 years old. After lots of vaping I have NO traces of flame/heat on the bottom of the pot. I have no flame/heat marks on the sides of the bottom pan.
