Worked better than expected.

Attach these to an 83 3/4 4x4 commuter car to offset the modern day truck bumper killer. Actually worked too well lol. I have no doubt that they will gladly take the snow plow.

Didn't fit my 1981 K20

Very, very close. The size of the product states that it is 29.5 inches long. Each damper is 19 3/8" long and was just under 1" long to fit my 1981 K20 front end. I've tried raising the front axle with a jack but still no luck. I want to install this product in my truck. 18 inches from century to century. Overall length 19 3/8"

Perfect fit for my 89 3/4 ton 4WD Suburban

My rear springs are pretty loose and the stock shocks are pretty weak so I decided to use these load jacks front and rear and WOW! The driving improvement is amazing. It raised the entire truck to the standard ride height, which when you look at its sag over the years makes it look like it's raised, but it's the right height. These shocks are, unsurprisingly, a bit more "bouncy" than unsprung shocks, they will spring up a bit over rough terrain but they do give your tires good bite and gripโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Everything on my K10, which is over 40 years old, was repaired

My Chevrolet K10 has had sagging springs for a long time. After not driving this truck for many years, I decided to bring it back to life. The front shocks were completely cooked through, so I looked for shocks for them. Started looking for rear shock absorbers. I used to tow a 36 foot saddle bike with air shocks in the rear. I decided I didn't want to swap out the leaking old plumbing for them again and see if there was a coil. I found these and saw that they made the front ones as well. Manyโ€ฆ
