Works.: Caps

I wouldn't bother, but I've had issues with the fuel evaporating quickly in my Avalon. The new lid appears to have slowed the rate of evaporation. is there exactly? I DON'T KNOW. But my mileage has gone up a bit, so I'm hopeful.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Speed

No more check engine light

My check engine light was on all the time and 10 minutes after I put the new cap on it went off and hasn't come on since. The rubber gasket on the old cover had a small crack that caused the computer to turn on the light.

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Long delivery

Perfect fit for my car

My Toyota Corolla warning light was on constantly. Finally picked it up and found the gap cover wasn't screwed tight. It had a small tear in it. Bought this one. Fits perfectly and the light didn't go out. I really appreciate being able to buy these things online instead of going straight to the retailer. It's both easier and cheaper.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Repair

*UPDATED* NOT compatible with my 2011 Honda Fit

Compatible with my 2011 Honda Fit. When I put it on, the light didn't go out immediately. I had to reset it with a code reader and everything has been fine ever since. *UPDATE* The engine light stays on with this gas cap. I bought one from a Honda dealer and the lights went out immediately. Do not buy this if you have a 2011 Honda Fit. I wouldn't recommend it to any Honda.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • It's OK

It's not made for the Range Rover, although Amazon's car filter says it is.

I appreciate the fast shipping and refund after reporting the issue to Amazon. For that I gave 5 stars. The quality is good, if a gas cap would fit it would be great. So if you have a regular screw on gas cap that the car filter says will fit your car, I will definitely buy it. Revain only needs to fix the vehicle filter to remove the Range Rover L322 from the compatible vehicle list. Thank you Revain, fantastic customer service as always. Too bad you don't have any shopping facilities.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Secret

Stuck P0456 OBD2 code on a 2008 Subaru Forester

I got a CEL (Check Engine Light) with the CRUISE LED flashing intermittently when cruise was on. The cruise will no longer function at this point until the code is cleared. When I checked the logged codes, I received code P0456, which is a "small" leak in the fuel gas vapor recovery system. After the code was cleared, the car started hard and stalled when using the clutch without IE gas braking. After warming up, the car finally started to run normally. After putting the lid on I no longer had…

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • So far so good
