Heat and Power Measurements

This review was written on the same day I received the modem so do not rely on it for long term experience. The setup process went well, the modem is working correctly. I get the speed I pay for, same as before. I bought the modem because my provider is in the process of updating their network and once the updates are complete I will need a 16 channel modem to keep my current plan with the new speeds they are offering. I wanted to write this review to provide some useful information for anyone…

Cons
  • Damaged

I had to pick up their router at least once a month and sometimes weekly. The last time I took one to trade in for a "new" they were all just patched and shipped, it made a rattling noise as I left the TWC store! I took it back and the women who gave it to me said, 'You must have thrown it between the door and your car. It didn't sound like it when I gave it to you! I…
