Mr Coffee Hartleton Kettle 2 Quart Review

I needed a new kettle and when I came across this purple one I had to have it. This is a beautiful color in my newly remodeled kitchen. It's a bit modern in a traditional setting, it also complements the subway glass tile backsplash it sits in front of because everything is done in neutral creams and stainless steel.

I recently moved into a small apartment where the kitchen was all white. I've always wanted red in the kitchen and I did! It was exactly what I was hoping for and more. The color is excellent red, red, not burgundy. The shape is great and the grip makes it safe and cool! If you're looking for that red accent for your stove look no further, you just found it!

First of all, this is a very nice teapot and it does what teapots are meant to do. sprung models. Watch your fingers! (I use a long handled wooden spoon to open it). This teapot is made of very thin aluminium. Dent resistance is probably not to be expected, especially in my kitchen where cooking is a contact sport. Coloring is a joke.

I worry about how to clean it when it gets very dirty. Of course you can't wash it. I have two spots where the red trim has been torn off. I've always left my kettles on the stove and need to be cleaned after I've cooked a large meal and something has splattered. I'm aware of the issue of not being able to actually clean this kettle and am trying to remember to take it off the stove. The color is nice and the shape and design go well together. The whistle is loud enough to hear in my apartment.

I'm one of those picky, research-oriented consumers. So if you want a quick overview, look elsewhere.
