Poor Quality - Replacement Parts

Poor Quality Control. There is a manufacturing defect where the hose is intended to sit, causing the hose to not seat properly. I do not recommend.

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Poor

No leaks! for engine cooling and air conditioning

Over the years there have been numerous leaks from the water caps which need to be refilled to compensate. require improvement.

Pros
  • trial period for one year
Cons
  • operating speed

Works perfectly no problems

Used teflon to 1/2 fitting works great and liquid teflon on the sensor My Dakota digital sensor still works fine I don't know how or why people make it so hard lol if you need it like me just buy it and use it Teflon or whatever works best for you

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • piggy bank price

Good form, fit and function

Needed a simple spot to mount the transmitter for the new electric fan rebuild for my SB 69 Chevelle. The water intake felt a little flimsy and I was concerned that I would have to squeeze the gear block hard, which is not possible with tread seal. It took a while, but the coolant stopped flowing from the threads after significant torque was applied. The water cap held up well. By the way, looks fantastic!

Pros
  • Made of hard chrome and highly polished steel
Cons
  • Imperfections

Leaks due to incorrect NPT connection. It's clear .

Leaks due to incorrect NPT connection. It got less leaking because it was actually leaning against it with the crowbar 1/2. I was frustrated because it was leaking and really went for it, the case cracked. Contacted Mr. Gasket/Holly for advice. CS at Holley stated that this part sold by Amazon is fake! Now, without seeing that detail, I'm not sure how Mr. Gasket/Holly can make that claim, but they didn't seem willing to work with me. So remember, you will not get any support from Holly/Mister…

Pros
  • O-ring is ideal for a reliably tight seal.
Cons
  • Upgradable.

I give 4 stars before actually installing and using the product.

Looks pretty high end. Good chrome work. I'll let you know if there are any problems after installation. I was advised to prepare the mating surface with sandpaper and use a gasket in addition to the o-ring provided to ensure a good seal by one person who has used 3 of these in their builds. Bought to add an exhaust valve to the cooling system. Many people have reported leaks in the port. I won't be installing a transmitter, so I'll use thread sealant after repeatedly lowering the fitting into…

Pros
  • Gives your engine bay a clean, custom look.
Cons
  • security.

Cheap last resort for SBC

Good idea to add a temp sensor but damn what a pain on a '67 327. Cheap is what you get. There seemed to be gravity in the packaging and it was found that half the weight is from the oversized plastic packaging plus 2 small screws and an o-ring fooling you. You can swear it's not even a saucepan, it's some kind of chromed plastic. It's very light and seems like you're going to break it if you put threads/screws on it. Was this thing at least designed by real pre-internet American descendants…

Pros
  • Specially designed for big and small block Chevys
Cons
  • I won't say anything
