Quality product. The adjustable mounting block is handy for hard-to-reach spots due to manifolds or other hot surfaces.

This is a quality starter at a great price. I'm ordering another one today. Fast delivery. Almost too pretty to hide the engine.

Barely lasted a year and broke, has some water in it and corrodes very easily. No starter should react so sensitively to small water splashes.

Installed correctly with a paper clip, the starter lasted 3 months with very little use on a Shaferoff 582 street engine

This product looked like it had been opened and resealed. The product was missing a gasket set and there was a slight abrasion at the base of the starter wall.

I liked how he started on SBC but lasted about 40 starts and failed. I called to get a replacement and they sent 2 starters and they all didn't work. I'm switching to another brand.

I bought this for my 496 in my 1968 Corvette. Works insanely well. Runs super fast. I also like how it is regulated. I was able to pin it closer to the block to get it out of the headlines. I recommend it!

This is easily the highest quality snack I have ever laid my hands on. I bought this to replace a lower quality mini starter on my Chevy 55 hot rod that had failed in less than a year. I didn't want to have any more problems with the starter, so I decided to spend the money on a quality device. The shims included in the kit and the adjustability of the design allowed me to perfectly position the starter in relation to the flywheel. A bit pricey but worth every penny in my opinion.
