The perfect size I was looking for to replace the original unit that came with the watch. 1-2-3 instructions that were easy to follow if you've never done this work before. This movement works great. My only issue was that I didn't notice from the photos that a hanger was not included. It was clearly my fault but it meant they were useless to me as the clock is glass and I have no other way to hang it. I left feedback to the seller tonight on this subject as well, much to my amazement and delight; The seller offered me a full refund without having to return the product (all the packaging is now thrown away!). It was great for my project! I read so many reviews where people said it couldn't raise the minute hand or was noisy. First, it's absolutely silent. I put my ear to it and can't hear anything. The second hand is continuous, so there are no clicks from it. Second, I have a feeling that people who have complained about the minute hand not going up probably didn't push it all the way.
