Works flawlessly for my opinion

Ordered this charger after having to return two faulty chargers from another manufacturer. This one seems to be well-made, was packaged well, came with a nice carrying case and fittings for hanging the plug-in handle when not in use, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. Very pleased with it.

Pros
  • Automatic over-current protection keeps your car safe and secure during the charging process
Cons
  • The charger may not be ideal for users who have to park far away from their home

Seems to work fine, but.

I bought this wall charger and it arrived with scratches on the front and it was not clean so obviously I have my doubts that it is brand new. The cord does not seem 25 feet although I did not get a chance to measure it yet. The biggest annoyance though is that the WiFi feature does not work. I tried connecting/pairing it multiple times and every time it timed out on me. Other than that, it operates as advertised so far, but from this experience I do not recommend.

Pros
  • Well-trusted Quality: Strictly pass UL 2594 safety test, ETL certificated. Lightening-proof, leakage, over-voltage, overheat and over-current protection. 25ft charging cable meet all your charging need.
Cons
  • The charger may not be compatible with all network protocols

Great product - want to resolve the RFID card issue

The unit is attractive and I like the clean look as it’s mounted on my garage wall. For those having Wi-Fi issues, ensure your 2.5ghz network is active. WRT the RFID card - do not lose them! To disable/enable the RFID card function, press and hold "back” until the prompt about the Card appears, THEN swipe the card to lock in the change. This will make your EVSE behave as a "plug and go” charger! Repeat the above to re-enable RFID card swipes to activate charging. The plastic surface under the…

Pros
  • Charging Stations
Cons
  • The charger may not be ideal for users with limited WiFi connectivity

I wanted a portable travel charger for 120v use and 240v, this one has different charge cords to allow either, 120v at 15A or 240v at 32A so I could also use for home charging as well. Nice and rugged.

Pros
  • Outdoor/indoor compatibility for versatile placement options
Cons
  • The charger’s cable may not be flexible or easy to coil

I have used it successfully with various attachments. I plugged into a plug I normally use and the entire box exploded in fire. It was an incredibly scary surge.

Pros
  • I am satisfied with the product and I give it 10 stars.
Cons
  • The charger may not work in areas with low voltage or frequent power outages

Not as good as you might think.

After about 6 months the charging head would fail to make a connection with my Bolts' port. I would have to take it out and reinsert it several times before getting a connection. At first, I thought it might be the port so I tried our 120v charger and no problem. I also went to several charging stations and had no problems with them. It finally got to the point where it would not work at all. This was my second Mustart Travelmaster which got fried when my wife connected the charger wire and the

Pros
  • Can be used in residential or commercial settings
Cons
  • The charger’s WiFi feature may share the user’s personal data

Is almost perfect for charging, with one small issue

I have owned two of the Mustart Travelmasters, starting from Summer of 2021. I have used it to charge a Bolt EV from both a 240V 14-50 plug, and from standard 120V outlets. I have also used it to charge my Volt Plug-in hybrid. It has worked very well. I have it set up in my garage as the main full-time charger, and when I need it for on-the-go charging, I can easily disconnect it to take it on the go. I have had zero problems with one exception. At one point the charger died, perhaps due to a…

Pros
  • Saves money on costly fuel expenses and vehicle maintenance costs

  • The charger may not be ideal for users who need to charge their vehicle overnight

Amazing Quality: my feedback

This looks like a very well made charger! The cord is much thicker than my previous charger, but that was solely a L1 charger where this can do L1 or L2.The packaging and carrying case is nice. I like the secure way the different connectors attach. I was worried about some reviews saying it was difficult to plug into the car because the J-connector was too large and how some used lubricant to get it to connect but I had no issues with either of my cars (Fiat 500e and VW e-Golf). So far, I’m…

Pros
  • Guaranteed quality and satisfaction with a 3-year warranty and customer support

  • The charger’s WiFi feature may consume too much data
