Update 2021-08-24This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to contact support and send documents etc to get them to unlock the device so I could login through their website to access my WAC124. Now, a few months later, the login no longer works. There is NO WAY left to contact support for help. It almost bricked the product. Too bad Netgear put out such a bad design. That also makes me mistrust other Netgear products.
