4 flute design for creating finer finishes and a higher metal removal rate. General purpose end mill for working on all types of materials. Made of extra-fine grade carbide for ultra high transverse rupture strength. Aluminum Titanium Nitride (AlTiN), is the optimal coating for working with very high feeds, speeds and high temperature applications. Center Cutting End Mills are designed with "End Teeth" making these ideal for Slotting and Cavity applications.

Disappointing Performance for Industrial Milling

When I tried this accessory for milling, I was not impressed with its functionality and durability. The cutting efficiency was subpar and the rough finish it produced was not up to standard .However the only positive thing I can say is that it is affordable compared TO other options in the market. Overall, if you are looking for a reliable and efficient milling accessory, i suggest looking elsewhere in the Industrial and Scientific category as this one may not meet expectations..
