Socks are thinner than before

I ordered these socks based on ones of the same name bought 3-4 years ago. Those of the time were much thicker and had more arch support. I assumed these new socks of the same name would be of the same quality. These are good socks and fit well, but they are much thinner and don't have enough arch support; making them similar to most other socks on the market. I gave them 4 stars because without other Nike socks I wouldn't have noticed a difference in quality.

Pros
  • IMPROVED FIT: Spandex panel is twice as thick as previous versions for a better fit for women's socks. Loop and toe seams provide a secure, distraction-free fit.
Cons
  • Negative Impression

I don't really like them :-/

I don't really like these socks: 1. They are thinner than I'm used to, I usually buy NIKE Unisex Performance Cushion Low training socks (3 pairs), black/white, large. These are the only socks I have no problem wearing, so I will be buying them in the future from now on.2. The elastic band at the top of the socks is under my ankle so they start to slide down after I take a few steps, stop to pull my socks up, very annoying! Also, my feet slip in the sneakers when walking, another pesky callus…

Pros
  • 66% Cotton 27% Polyester 5% Nylon 2% Spandex
Cons
  • A lot

Very flattering

They looked pretty typical. I washed them. Then the very first pair I wore had a small hole in them as did another pair I saw a few days later. The socks seem to be of rather poor quality, especially in the toe area where there is not enough thread in the seams. The part of the foot area that I noticed didn't fit well and had two areas of material that were sticking out a bit. I don't normally worry about this too much, but apart from the fact that they are poorly made, I'm not happy and won't…

Pros
  • DRI-FIT TECHNOLOGY: Women's ankle socks wick sweat away from the skin to keep you dry and comfortable through even your most intense workouts.
Cons
  • I don't remember
