Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

Good lens for your money I used to shoot on d40, I couldn’t get enough of it - the bokeh is good, shooting on the d7000, for some reason everything has changed with d40 Ru/fun/photo/view_ Ru/fun/photo/view_ (there is a little more from 50 1.8) with d7000 p=0

Pros
  • light cheap hardly lathers
Cons
  • stupid bokeh HA poor focus on distant objects

Best price for this product, will buy more!

You can get a good Nikon lens for such a small amount of money, and it is an excellent addition to the whale 18-55 lens. Together, these two lenses cover focal lengths from 18-200. Of course, there is yet another 18-200 available, but the cost of purchasing it is not going to be cheap. Got pros: Creates a pleasing image by utilizing the available light effectively. While working with lengthy exposures, the stub is of great assistance. The autofocus system is incredibly quick and precise. The…

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

Some pros: VR, lightweight, standard filters fit, fast focus, great portrait lens! yes, it is a portrait with a stub turned on, soft lines are obtained. Cons: platinum mount, most of the commercially available CHINA! The complete lens hood gives a vignette in frontal light.

Thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

As I was seated on the D7100, I had three copies of this glass in my possession. Only one of the three was uniformly sharp, while the other two had issues with their angles and their AF. The secondary market price of this glass is unquestionably justified by its quality. However, there is another great glass called the 55-300VR that outperforms it in every way. It has beautiful bokeh for low-light zoom and stunning color reproduction. Those who claim that a 55-200mm lens can produce superb…

Pros
  • 1) The price on the secondary market: one penny for a telephoto with a stub 2) Excellent sharpness from f/7.1 to f/16, variable according on the focal length 3) Conveniently small and not very heavy 4) Produced through the use of trustworthy and high-quality mechanical means
Cons
  • 2) There is no drawing as such; it is very technical, rough, and flat. 1) The bokeh is terrible; it is cheap and flickers like scales; and 2) There is no drawing as such. 3) The color reproduction is very average, acidic, and lacks the ability to see halftones; also, it imparts a murky tint to the shadow areas. On the 24pm cropping, the photo that he took was awful both in terms of color and pattern. The stupidest thing is that there is only one "whale" sharpness, and that's it.

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

With its pros. Lightweight, relatively compact, inexpensive, good sharpness even at 200mm focal length. The hood in the kit was pleasantly pleased. Got cons: Backlash . plastic mount (price), demanding on illumination,

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

At first, I gave it a grade of C, but now I see that a grade of C ought to be awarded to me because I am incapable of shooting! Now that I've gained some knowledge, I can confidently assert that this is the only telephoto lens available at a reasonable price (in December it cost 4 thousand in general, and then with an increase in the rate I took it for 6 thousand). I decided to purchase it rather than the whale D3100 because I wanted to be able to take large pictures while moving at a…

Pros
  • telephoto lens
Cons
  • It is necessary to turn off VR because focusing on anything takes an extremely long period. In conclusion, do it without the use of VR.

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

Because a lens costing seven thousand dollars should not be expected to perform miracles, the deficiencies that have been outlined are very conditional. I was particularly interested in purchasing a television that has a stabilizer in addition to the full 18-55 channel lineup (Nikon D3000 camera) The results of the market analysis conducted at the time of purchase were as follows: - 55-200 (this is what we are talking about) (which is what we are talking about) - 55-300 and 70-300 VR (they did

Pros
  • - the pricing - autofocus that is accurate and quick enough - sharpness - stabilization
Cons
  • - limited stabilizer efficiency - a somewhat gloomy appearance a plastic mount and a build quality that is only average

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

Since I am not a professional photographer, I do not have any kind of certificate to show for my efforts. I brought this lens with me to use at student activities (I have a D3100 corpse) when I don't get close enough to get a good photo but I still want to shoot one. It's been over a year since I started using it, and I couldn't be happier with it. To begin, the camera's quick focusing allowed me to capture some unique photos of me hovering in the air while jumping in a dance and other similar…

Pros
  • Pricing, how quickly it can focus, and how accurately the colors are reproduced
Cons
  • Concentration misses. When focused at 200 millimeters, the image quality suffers dramatically.

Has some pros The lens is lightweight due to the plastic body and in the extreme telephoto position it is not much longer than the other standard Nikon 18-55 lens. Quickly and efficiently focuses on any point. In general, the lens is optimal in terms of price / quality ratio. Some cons: Of the shortcomings, I want to note a not very large aperture ratio (which is natural at such a price and such an increase with a small number of lenses). In addition, as practice has shown, at any magnification

Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

Glass may well become the second, after the 18-55VR staffer. I am satisfied with the picture, the lens is quite sharp, the distortion is minimal, if not absent at all (IMHO) You can describe all its pros and cons for a long time, but I won’t do this, I’ll just shoot and have fun! Pros below: Stabilizer, sharp at all focal lengths, light, interesting range of focal lengths for me. Got cons: Plastic mount, a bit dark, although for this money! I probably want a lot!

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

Beginner - take without hesitation. Very versatile. In conjunction with 18-55 will satisfy almost any need of an amateur photographer. Its pros: Price. A branded lens for this money is generally ideal. The ultrasonic motor is a definite buzz. The stabilizer takes out the stroller - I tried to shoot the same thing with the stub turned on and off - the amount of movement is 5 times less. Good for macro. Portraits are also successful, but for them, it seems to me, it’s better to take special…

I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.

An excellent addition for a whale or just do it with you on vacation, it will not be so pitiful in a pinch, compared to glass for 20-30 thousand. Pros below: The lens is all good, if you take it to the 18-55 whale, you really won’t need anything else, sharp and clear lines in a portrait or architecture, also good detailed shooting, pleases IF, you can safely hang a polarizer and not twist it every time after focusing. The stabilizer often saves. Focus is fast. Price! For such a price, you can’t

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

It’s worth taking - as a portrait painter, it’s just perfect! But at the far end - 200mm, not 300 yet. :) Pros: 1. After opening the package, it immediately catches your eye - a hood and a case, very convenient by the way. 2. Thread diameter - 52mm, like my whale, so filters can be bought in one copy, and 52 filters are cheaper than, for example, 62! 3. There is a stub . very convenient! 4. The trunk does not protrude much when approaching. Some cons: 1 minute. focal length - 55mm, a bit too

I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

A worthy option for the budget conscious, I would advise the rest to take a closer look at the nikon 18-200 or sigma 18-250 os hsm superzooms. As a dedicated telephoto lens, you can also look at the nikon 70-300 vr or tamron 70-300 vc. In general, I was satisfied with the purchase, but the workmanship is too poor! Pros: Sharp except for the very far tele-range. Low aberrations and distortions. Cool stabilizer. Precise autofocus. Amazing price! Its cons: Work against the sun is not very good

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

An excellent addition to the whale 18-55, for such little money you get a good Nikon lens, which, together with the whale, covers focal 18-200. There are, of course, another 18-200, but the price tag for it is not small. Got pros: Produces a good picture with enough light. The stub really helps out with long exposures. Autofocus is fast and accurate. The picture is better than that of 18-55 (Subjectively). Lightweight for this range of focal lengths. Cheap, BU can be bought for 2-3…

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

For an entry level, a very good lens. The optimal addition to the regular kit 18-55. Different pros: 1. Price. Budget lens, great for beginners. In a kit for a kit lens, the 18-55 covers virtually all the necessary focal lengths. what else do you need to get started? 2. Lightweight. Also quite an important point, especially for women's hands :) 3. Stabilizer. For shots at a long focus, the thing is simply necessary. 4. Quick focus. Focuses quickly and accurately. 5. Provided that it is…

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

If you got a double kit in the kit, then it's normal. Because it's cheap. But now I would not buy a new one separately. The lens blurs the picture. Sharp at aperture from 11-13. The picture is drawn to dull gray tones. At the long end, it twitches when focusing. It has a fragile construct with a plastic mount. The lens saves itself only by the presence of a stabilizer. And I must admit that the stabilizer works quite well. Overall, probably the worst budget telephoto lens I've ever owned.

Pros
  • Price. Stabilizer . Compact .
Cons
  • Soap lens. Fragile. Plastic bayonet. Made in China.

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

I myself am an amateur, so I do not own a diploma of a photographer. I took this lens for use at student events (I have a D3100 carcass), when I don’t get close, but I want to take a photo. I have been using it for almost a year and am very pleased. Firstly, thanks to its fast focusing, I took interesting shots of hovering in the air when jumping in a dance and similar moments when everything is needed quickly. In daylight, color reproduction is natural, portrait photography is a pleasure. Yes,

Pros
  • Price, focusing speed, good color reproduction
Cons
  • Focus misses. Image quality at 200mm focus drops sharply.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

I bought it in 2022-12 ., I don’t remember exactly, but I’m still happy with my capabilities, I use a fix for home and indoors, I often take 55-200 to the street, since the focal range for the street is ideal for me. I love natural photos and portraits, so it's important for me to take pictures from afar to avoid that very "presence effect", I don't spy, I just take pictures)

Pros
  • Good portraits on the long end - from facial to full-length. 200mm is enough to take pictures of some events, especially children, to avoid the effect of presence, mine constantly reaches for the camera) but this is not the case with this lens
Cons
  • After two years of use, there was a problem with the proximity ring - somewhere in the middle of it stops, in order to bring even closer I apply a little more force than usual. For some reason, they didn’t see the problem in the midrange, they said it’s not fatal, but oh well, two years have passed after that and everything is OK The problem with autofocus - sometimes it stops focusing in the machine, it helps to switch the autofocus of their auto to the manual and back. Very often there is a strong drop in contrast in bright light, the light is not backlit. On other 18-55kit and 35mm fixed lenses, this is not observed, maybe this feature of the lens, I don’t know. It is treated in the editor by adding contrast and decreasing brightness, after such simple manipulations with photographs, practically nothing needs to be done, the picture is excellent.
