Nikon 7239 Action 7x50 EX Extreme All-Terrain Binoculars in Black Review

Used on a 3 week trip to Wyoming and South Dakota. They work great. Super clear and bright. Way better than most other camper binoculars we've come across on our trip. They fold for the eyes of small children (our 3-5 year olds) and also for my wide-set eyes. worth your money. Very happy with this purchase. The only annoying thing is that one of the end caps cannot be securely and permanently attached to the straps so removing the end caps and getting them in and out of the bag is a hassle.

As I looked through these binoculars with one eye, every side was perfectly clear. However, when viewed with both eyes, the center was sharp and the edges blurry. It was an unbearable visual effect. I use them mainly for astronomy. They are very sharp and rich in contrast. They are literally even compared to binoculars that cost 3-5 times what they cost, they are the brightest binoculars I have ever reviewed. Despite the fact that the magnification is "only" 7x - this is one of the most versatile binoculars.
