Flexible filament works well so far

When I bought this filament all the Revain reviews were about cleaning filament not flexible TPU. (Revain should be selling these with separate reviews as they are entirely different threads.) So given the lack of reviews I really took a chance with this thread. However, the 2kg spool was a lot cheaper than anything else I could find, so I took a chance. I'm somewhere between beginner and pro, but this is my first attempt at flexible printing. I heard typing can be difficult. I've watched a few

Looks good and produces very durable parts

I've printed a lot of materials (okay, lots of models under 1kg) with this roll of clear PETG on my Ender 3 Pro. I have found that at 230-235°C very strong parts with good surface finishes are obtained. Bed adhesion is decent when I print the first layer very slowly, around 9mm/s. I should probably increase the bed temp from 65C, but I am currently using a Creality magnetic countertop and it gets wobbly/not flat if I increase the temp above 65C. On parts wider than 5mm when first coated…

Worst filament in my collection and not quite black

I have quite an extensive collection of filaments including Hatchbox PLA (average), Fillamentum's visually stunning Vertigo line of shiny PLA, several Woodfills and Copperfills, ESun PETG and Polymaker PETG, Filastruder/Veracity and FusionFilaments 3D870 HTPLA (both excellent) and Polymakers PC-Max polycarbonate blend (good workmanship but too brittle and cracking over time) to name a few. As such, I have a wide range of comparisons including several other PETGs. (Excellent MG Chemicals PETG)…
