This is excellent stuff. I live in SFL where we use AC a lot. In addition to the general dirt that collects on the coils, moisture is present and the condensate pan and piping are clogged with algae. I've been using it monthly for the past two years and apply it when I change filters. The coils still look polished/new, the car is just over 2 years old. Algae don't clog anything either. I have been very pleased with the results I have been able to achieve with this product. I had to apply it to the vaporizer several times to clean it. My coil had 7 years of sediment clogging the coil and drain. After spraying with a pump sprayer, about half a gallon of cleaner (about 5 uses of cleaner per coil, top and bottom). There seem to be many solutions. As far as I remember from my organic chemistry it looks like a mixture of detergent and alcohol. Arrived quickly in the mail.
