Saved my fingers. The best in handlebars, headsets and stems

Great handlebar gloves. I drive a few miles to work 5 days a week all year round and when the temperature drops below 20, which happens every winter, the cold on my fingers becomes deadly. They completely block the cold from the wind and make the ride bearable. It is still ambient temperature. You have to handle it, so of course wear gloves. They easily attach to the handlebars and it's easy to get your hands in and out. Great buy if you drive in winter. My only regret is that I didn't buy them

Why didn't I buy them earlier?

I've read over and over on subreddits about bikes being essential for cold-weather commuting, and now I totally understand why. I put off buying a set because the famous branded version is very expensive so I'm glad I found it. I did my first trip with them this morning. The weather wasn't very cold, it was 50F but it was raining. I put on my lightest pair of gloves, which aren't waterproof, and my hands felt very comfortable, although a bit damp. Now I'm looking forward to colder weather to…

Almost as Good as Bar Mittens

They're almost the same size as the Large Bar Mittens, which I think are just a hair bigger. See the attached photos for comparison - in the second photo I have placed Odiers and Bar Mitters on top of each other and vice versa. If you have a bike with thumb derailleurs it will be tight, but this is probably the best size. (Bargloves offer an XL size, but they're a lot larger - too big for most settings in my opinion.) The build quality of both (the stitching, etc.) seems great. The big…

    Worth every penny!

They're pretty small. Judging by the photos you would think they would be bigger but they aren't and that's the only real downside as it makes getting on the bike a bit difficult and a little uncomfortable when wearing fairly large clothes Gloves. The part of my bike that I use to shift gears is the handlebar part where I can easily twist it up or down to shift. I had no problems shifting. So far I've used them in 14 degrees Fahrenheit with my regular winter gloves and a non-insulated…

    Overall good product

I mounted them on my fat bike that I use for winter trips to Montana. Today was the first day I put them on, it was 15F outside. I opted for mid-weight gloves, which usually left my hands pretty cold when I got to work. My hands were too warm when I came to work today. Even with warm gloves, the fingertips get a bit cold, but not today. I will test them in winter but they clearly made a big difference in the warmth and comfort of my hands. Installation was easy and only took about 5 minutes for

A must have for cold weather cycling

If you ride your bike in cold weather, these (or similar) items are essential. I've tried for years to get by without them by wearing thick gloves (usually two pairs, a thin pair on the inside and thick lobster or bike gloves on the outside to keep some fingers snug and warm while still shifting and braking a bit Dexterity maintained , with heating pads are put in on particularly cold days) but as I received them there is no need. Now I can just put on a pair of thin gloves and ride in them…

50 degree offset for parts and components

I have different gloves for riding in different cold temperatures. With these pogies I can run any glove 50 degrees cooler than without them. It's huge on cold Minneapolis winter days. Assembly and Installation: I had to adjust a few things on the steering wheel (computer, lights) to accommodate these pogies. This is a small price to pay for performance. They don't stay completely in place - you have to have your hands/arms in them to keep them "up" - otherwise they like to sag under the brake…

A must have for cycling below freezing

Even though I've never tried branded gloves they seem to be a great alternative for those cycling in -6.7C. weather or below. I only wore very thick ski gloves before putting them on and on very cold days (below 15°F, -9.5°C) my fingertips still felt like they were about to fall off. After putting them on, I no longer have this problem. Now I can wear thinner ski gloves on those really cold days and my fingers feel great. When I wear mittens behind the wheel in cold weather, I either don't need
