The only good thing about this tray is that most of the junk stays in it.

We bought this tray thinking it would fit our cat with the grill and separate waste container. We were wrong. We put it together exactly how we envisioned it. The grate rises when you turn the tray so that all rubbish, including droppings, is UNDER the grate. If the grate was ACTUALLY left there, turning the garbage filter box didn't always cause excrement to fall into the bowl. Many of them landed behind the tray and then fell back into the litter when you flip up the crate. The garbage…

Not bad but needs some work

Many reviews of previous models say the screen doesn't stay attached to the bottom of the box. This model reportedly has an improved design. Well, it took a week for the bottom screen to come off. There really is no such thing as a secure bond; The screen simply rests between two plastic protrusions on the bottom. I drilled some small holes in the bottom and pulled the screen down. See photo. Easy to use as expected

This is a very good tray. The design was simple and it works exactly as described and cleaning the litter box is quick and easy. I have only used another litter box (open litter box) once before switching to this one and from the comparisons I can make there is a lot less dust flying around when I use the Omepa Paw self-cleaning litter box. While it's quite expensive for a poop bin (although not as expensive as some other self-cleaning ones), it makes cleaning up the litter a much less onerous…

I'm not a "paid " reviewer!

This thing is seriously life changing and I wish I had discovered it much sooner. I was very skeptical about this because of the many reviews and waited almost 3 months to write my own review for a very fair rating. I just spend my time writing decent reviews. I was in no way bribed to write this either. But it made my life so much better that I figured it might have something to do with helping others.
