Easy to install and works great! The boards are good. Use it to clean up fallen trees in my yard. It works just as well as any WARN or Superwinch I've had on previous quads before.

This product saved me the first time I got on my Polaris RZR UTV. This is a 2 seater, about 1300 pounds. I got stuck in a mud pit (see photo). Installation was easy Color coded wires and screws - winch had plastic washers on the bottom of the screws (blue and yellow) Control box was painted on top of the screws (red, black, yellow, blue) Switches and remote are already connected. Starting with a 3 star rating. The reason is because the description says UTV and I put my Kubota RTV in that category, but the strap is too short, about 3-4 feet. The mounting bracket fits the hole pattern perfectly. I added two steel plates under the Kubota winch mount to give it extra strength. I had to buy longer screws but that was my choice. The winch itself is fine. Although there are a few things I had to change. First, the bolts holding the winch weren't long enough to hold the unit in place. So I had to take longer ones. Edit: For everyone else complaining about the remotes not working, don't forget to (1) remove the plastic on the remotes batteries to make them work, and ( 2) You MUST press the button on the side of the remote control before it will work.
