Stop working after one year of moderate normal use.

Bought almost exactly a year ago. In the beginning it worked great. It's been in the same place on my desk since day one. It was only used to plug in a flash drive here and there. It suddenly shut down and corrupted the flash drive I had data stored on. I had to format it which lost other data on the drive. Now it cannot detect when the flash drive is inserted. I've tried a few, more disposable cheap junk electronics. Disappointing.

No power supply included

There are two versions, one powered and more expensive and the other non-powered and cheaper. This suggests that the power supply is included in the scope of delivery. Most powered USB hubs sold by Revain include a power adapter, but this one does NOT. Therefore, you need to buy a power adapter and make sure that the power adapter provides enough current (at least 2A) to charge or power your devices. for your LCD should be a little wider. Handy USB 3 multiport hub and power supply

This multiport hub is relatively small and is powered by a USB micro cable (not included). The ability to attach the hub to something with a lip or ledge is useful if you have space to mount it. Luckily I have such a place and it saves me the hub which is quite cluttered. I powered the hub with a micro USB cable from an old cell phone.
