Great replacement for aero bars

Great replacement for aero bars. They essentially allowed me to add 3 more positions to my trip, which was great, especially on a windy day.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Outdated

New use. for sports

I bought them for my wife's wheelchair. I am 1.80m tall and have to bend slightly to push the wheelchair which causes back pain and fatigue. I have them in an upright position and viola attached to the handles, no more bending over and no more back pain. Bonus, handles fit too.

Pros
  • Lasting test results
Cons
  • Almost never

Extension arms for my umbrella stroller!

I needed to make it easier to push my eldest daughter's stroller while my baby is in it. I'm so happy how it turned out! The handlebars were too small for them, so I wrapped each grip with a tennis racquet grip that I cut in half. Worked great!

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Thoughtlessness

Perfect fit and functionality!

Absolutely perfect fit and functionality. Just finished the restoration of the early 90's "Warehouse" MTB. (converted to road bike) Perfectly installed and securely fastened. Plastic end caps are included and give it a nice look. Got a shorter handlebar that definitely gives you enough to get uphill and take the pressure off your shoulders every now and then. I'm 6ft and worked great for my purposes. Definitely a cute addition!

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

My set is perfectly symmetrical and the taps hold full torque very well. I can't find the Lite mentioned either, but I used this kit anyway to convert my $225 29-inch "mountain bike" (more of a "gravel road bike") into a very comfortable "beach cruiser." " that I can sit up on converting to 6-2. Not as cool as a single speed foot brake bike that's needed for a true "beach cruiser" but the gear will certainly come in handy for those hills surrounding the beach.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Not sure

Bought for a wheelchair, not a bike.

Attached to the handles of a collapsible transport chair (wheelchair). It takes a lot of strain off my body as they allow me to stand up straight when doing push ups and since my wrists are in a neutral position I can do push ups with more power on inclines without unnecessarily tightening my arms/wrists. One piece of advice if you're buying them for this purpose: before you finally tighten these handles, fold the chair into its most compact configuration, move the handles so they don't…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Version with a short ski arch. Strong! Great quality

I'm 6'1" and 210 pounds and these ends are just what I needed. They are not too long and not too short. I took them out for a test sprint and noticed the difference right away. Whether I'm sitting or standing, the ends propel me further forward on the bike, shifting my weight to the front wheel and making getting up that much easier. I also noticed that my seated form was more "aero" which would make it easier to ride upwind. I moved the shift and brake levers to the middle for more hand room…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So far so good

Perfect considering the price.

First, I don't use them for their intended purpose of adding an extra grip position, more as a handguard. The construction is solid but not perfect. Someone else complained that they weren't symmetrical to each other. I've found mine is close enough that I'll never notice the difference when I ride the bob. only twenty seconds of work with a disc sander to get them in order. Colored aluminum connectors were purchased separately and were NOT included. Barends come with black rubber, insert and…

Pros
  • Handy piece
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

First impression: Excellent, hand numbness problem solved!

First impression. Got my little horns today. Installation was easy. Thank you to the reviewer for recommending the glass cleaner. I lifted the rubber buffers a little with a screwdriver and sprayed glass cleaner into them. They became slippery and I could easily move them a bit (including the brake and shifters, of course). Then I adjusted the bar ends to an angle that seemed natural to me and went for a test ride. I just got back into cycling after a 20 year break so I'm out of shape. I…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some issues
