No problem until the image flipped horizontally after a few days. I'm working on a warranty case right now! Thank goodness it's still overcast after a few months.

Didn't get in English and wasn't clear at all. Also you have to program the machine to work, didn't come with this information. When I ordered what was needed to program the machine it was separate and it wasn't in English either.

This product was not advertised as it was due to the need for some extra parts. I reconfigured my stereo to support the backup camera. After the camera is installed and you put the reverse gear in, you get a blank screen saying everything is clear, but you can't see anything.

Bought for my daughter's EOS 2009. It works for me with a JVC CarPlay head unit. Installed the camera today and it works great. Looks and performs exactly like the factory VW badge that we removed. Same "feel" as OEM if that makes sense. I was prepared for it to look cheap, but it's not at all.

This product is amazing. Extremely well put together. Although this product appears to be Chinese, it may also be an OEM. Very easy to install, the hardest part is pulling it through the trunk. Only criticism is that the instructions are not printed very well. It goes without saying that you don't really need them. Would definitely buy again.

I like durability, authentic feel, innovative design. This part supports the open trunk function and the camera actually "disappears" in the bezel when not in use. I bought the "Total Tech" package (one year for $199) from Best Buy as I want to upgrade my 4 machines. Audio/rear cameras and they said they had never seen or installed a camera like this before. It works great with an aftermarket stereo and even has guide lines when reversing.

After paying for installing this unit. Worked the first 24 hours. The next day it didn't work. When I removed the trunk trim to look at the wiring, everything was fine, but there was no picture on my radio. I started pushing the wire coming out of the camera connected to the RCA cable and was able to get a picture. As soon as I let go of the cable, the image disappeared. As if there is a short or bad connection of this wiring harness to the camera. This is a plug with a white loop for security.

Good - Excellent fit and finish. The device itself installs and feels like an OEM. The image quality of the camera is very good (cinch version for RCD-330 head unit). The Bad - The guide lines are so narrow that they face the inside of the tire! That's about 2 feet less when you factor in the width of the mirrors. And that on a small Golf 2012! They are useless, not to mention dangerous. If only there was a way to customize it, this camera would get 5 stars. I contacted the manufacturer…
