Three handle pullers are the way to go. I lost my old one and had to resort to a two-handed device for the job. I immediately ordered these.

This is a very large, powerful puller! I used it to remove the driveshaft center bearing on my converted van. It got the job done with ease. A very good quality!

Just received it today and I'm not disappointed. It is ideal for heavy duty applications. I will update as soon as I can use it. Appears to be of good quality.

There was a smaller OTC puller, 7 ton, of the same type. He could not remove the hubs from a very strong brush. This one did. Nothing against less. He didn't have the reach

Updated: The jaw screws on this polar model are a design change. The second time I used it, the nuts fell off. Original rating. I bought this to remove the rear brake discs from my 2012 Ford E350 Super Duty. This puller is huge. The opening width is 17 inches. Hope this helps someone.

I used this to remove the front brake discs from my Land Rover LR3. I made my own brakes but couldn't get the rotors loose (without seriously damaging them). It's a well-made tool with a flexible design - you can use two or three "hands" to pull. I've used all three. That is hard! but that was to be expected.
