Description of Filament Consumables for Enhancing Dimensional Accuracy in Additive Manufacturing: Premium 3D Printing Supplies by OVERTURE

[Odorless &Zero Warping]-- This CoPA filament combines excellent strength, toughness, and heat resistance of up to 180 ̊C. It delivers excellent printing quality with no Order or warpage during printing. Complete drying for 24 hours before vacuum aluminum foil packaging, which can effectively protect the Nylon filament from moisture. As the Nylon material is sensitive to moisture, please remember to put it back into a transparent bag. [High Stability and Durability]-- Our OVERTURE Nylon Roll is based on a copolymer of Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6, a strong and tough thermoplastic polymer. Great for creating parts which needs to be strong and durable. These Nylon filaments are excellent choice for engineering production or prototyping. PVA glue is always required for better adhesion. [More Humanized Design & Easy to Use] -- Grid layout on the surface for easy resizing; with length/ weight gauge and viewing hole on the reel so that you can easily figure out the remaining filaments; more filaments clip holes for fixing purpose on the reel; Larger spool inner diameter design makes feeding smoother. [Dimensional Accuracy & Consistency] -- advanced CCD diameter measuring and self-adaptive control system in the manufacturing guarantee these synthetic polymers of 1.75 mm diameter, Dimensional Accuracy 99% Probability +/- 0.03mm; 1 kg/ spool (2.2lbs). [Cost-effective and Wide Compatibility]-- With over 9 years’ 3D filaments R & D experience, thousands tons of filaments output every month, Overture is capable of manufacturing all kinds of filaments in large scale with premium quality, which contribute to Overture filament cost-effective and reliable for most common 3D printers, such as MK3, Ender 3, Monoprice FlashForge, QIDI and more.

Very good nylon and prints well with minimum requirements

I first printed some details with a CR-10S in a special case. Hot end and bed in stock. I can say the hotend has a hard time printing this due to the amount of staining, warping and sometimes delamination. However, surprisingly I was able to get working parts that were cleaned well. Without a modified CR-10 hotend, you are at the limit of the machine's ability to print this material. I have found that the first layer peels off easily when printing on this machine at temperatures below 260C. I…

Another great filament from Overture 3D

This is my first nylon printing experience since I started 3D printing. I typically print with Overture PLA, PLA Pro, and PETG, which are also great products. The first thing that caught my eye was the new spool with 4 90 degree holes on the sides to secure the filament when not in use. The original Overture coil had 3 holes at 120 degrees. Standard Overture style packaging: resealable pouch, 200 x 200 print area and small ruler. After several failed attempts I finally managed to get a good…

  • Could have chosen a newer model

I have a CoreXY machine that I've been experimenting with high temp thermoplastics and nylon recently, is brand new to me and seeing this approx Costs $30, I thought it would be nice to try and have some fun and I enjoyed it. Don't get me wrong this filament isn't exactly easy, or as easy as others say you're in trouble unless you have a really expensive printer already set up for nylon, that's how this type of plastic works . , but once you print it, you get an incredibly durable and beautiful
