Description of 🖨️ OVERTURE Dimensionally Accurate Filament Consumables: Leading 3D Printing Supplies for Additive Manufacturing

[Less Odor, Less Warping & Bubble-Free]--This ABS is made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins. It delivers excellent printing quality with minimal odor and low warpage during printing. Complete drying for 24 hours before vacuum packaging. Enclosed chamber is required for better printing quality and durability when printing big parts with ABS filaments. [High Stability and Durability]-- OVERTURE ABS Roll are made by commonly used ABS, a strong and tough thermoplastic polymer—great for creating parts which needs to be resistant to high temperatures; Due to the high stability and various post-processing options (sanding, painting, gluing, filling), our ABS filaments are excellent choice for engineering production or prototyping. [More Humanized Design & Easy to Use] -- Grid layout on the surface for easy resizing; with length/ weight gauge and viewing hole on the reel so that you can easily figure out the remaining filaments; more filaments clip holes for fixing purpose on the reel; Larger spool inner diameter design makes feeding smoother. [Dimensional Accuracy & Consistency]-- advanced CCD diameter measuring and self-adaptive control system in the manufacturing guarantee these ABS filaments of 1.75 mm diameter, dimensional accuracy +/- 0.05 mm; 1 kg spool (2.2lbs). [Cost-effective and Wide Compatibility]-- With over 8 years’ 3D filaments R & D experience, thousands tons of filaments output every month, Overture is capable of manufacturing all kinds of filaments in large scale with premium quality, which contribute to Overture filament cost-effective and reliable for most common 3D printers, such as MK3, Ender 3, Monoprice FlashForge and more.

Type of review

I started closing my Ender 3 but after getting three sides I was impatient and tried this ABS out without ending it. Impatience was the working word, which I typed even faster than PLA and with a thicker stroke than usual. I was looking for functional, high strength parts that would withstand dirty water and outdoor conditions (birdbath or pond) and I wasn't disappointed. Pros: Fast printing. High quality, strong and durable prints. than any PETG I've tried. Inexpensive. Very little tension…

Not the best, but the best for the price

Overture ABS performed well in our unofficial test, but another more expensive brand outperformed it in terms of final quality. For the price, the Overture was the best we tried, but the price difference is only 25% to go higher. The settings below worked best for all brands we tried and worked well for Overture. To their credit, we only found out about the very important retraction settings from a note in the Overture box. The overture also included a print area. It works well, but another…

Seems to be a quality thread

Just received the 'red' ABS which definitely looks more orange but proof is in press! I decided to test it on one of my commercial prototypes, which is a definitive test of accuracy, smoothness, and layer adhesion. I set Cura 4.7 to 250 degrees. C hot end and 90 degrees. C temp. I also used a full edge and added a "thermal wall" around the part, rising with it and preventing the print from being affected by stray air currents. I figured that the boundary wall also helps concentrate heat rising…
