Product arrived on time. It was a really good coin operated microscope, it gets very close and also gives a nice clear picture of the objects under the scope. Figuring out how to focus your scope so it's sharp is pretty easy. There's one for focusing and one for raising and lowering the height of the lens and with them the picture is perfect. Very handy for quick dissections or viewing something that doesn't fit a standard microscope that needs light transmission. For the highest magnification, move the lens closer to the subject and turn the focus knob. The SD card has not yet been used to check the resolution of the photo. First review below. Incredibly happy with the purchase. I was looking for a microscope to solder small surface mount components. As an amateur, I couldn't justify spending a lot of money. I was looking at a sample of quartz gold ore I dug up from an abandoned mine. The first photo is gold, the second photo is iron pyrite (fool's gold). The OK button takes pictures. Tip: Set the microscope to "Camera" (not video), press M (Menu key), set the delay to 5 seconds, this will solve the camera shake problem. Great learning fun for young scientists! I bought one for myself and one as a birthday gift for a friend's 6 year old son. I found it very easy to use and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images it captured. It's also very easy to use with my computer (nice to have a big screen!), and it was very easy to transfer microscope photos to my computer via the USB cable.
