📸 PANSCN08 Handheld Wand Scanner - The Ultimate Pandigital Scanning Device Review

This product is not quite what I expected, but it serves a useful purpose. Had I known its limitations, I would have ordered a more efficient scanner.

They just don't produce high quality scans. My iPhone app called proscanner for $5 works much better than this machine and is easier to use.

This product came with a non-working battery and you cannot purchase a battery. So why sell a product if you can't buy a battery?

It took me a few tries to get this to work with my Mac, and when my tech-savvy son told me it didn't work, the reset window was too late! Now I have 2 of these that cost nothing!

Works as advertised. Putting the micro-SIM in "teethup" mode is annoying, but not being able to set the defaults for PDF and standard and black and white is unthinkable. So if you turn on every time you want a black and white PDF, you must remember to install it or you will end up with large colored JPG files. (which are stored in a different subfolder. This might startle you and make you think you can't scan).

I was collecting images from various sources for a video project. I needed something that could accurately capture the individual photos being mounted in photo frames for editing. I wanted to avoid having to take each photo out of the frame and put it back in. That seemed like the perfect answer. Had not. It's just not accurate enough. This may be fine for documents or receipts, but not for my purpose.

Nice and economical concept. This small device was used to scan legal documents, pictures and receipts. Now I can create an electronic file of documents instead of making paper copies in a filing cabinet. This is a wonder machine for the price.
