You want the seller to support the product you bought. When my Revain package arrived I found the contents were missing. The tool is fairly well built and the handle is comfortable *but*: I bought this wrench with a long handle to put extra effort into unscrewing the resisting pedal wrench ), but the metal of this wrench is so soft that with the extra lever I was only able to remove the hex for rounding in about 3 minutes. The extra length makes light work a little easier, but if you have a task that requires a lot of torque, don't buy it.
