Low quality. according to temperature and humidity

Read all reviews after your purchase. The price was right but the quality was terrible. Not only is it pixelated, but you can't tell what the shapes are either. I used to look at animals before and after for my therapy business and you can hardly see the outlines of the animals or certain parts. It's all one big ball.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Without machine

Misleading low quality ad

I felt the advertised pictures and fluff were just that. Fluff it seems to have been repackaged (already sent back?) and the resolution is not at all what was advertised. Pretty much rubbish in my opinion. In addition, if the batteries are not removed every time, they will be dead after a few days of storage. There were no directions either.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No Instructions

Not recommended for PCB hot spot detection.

I bought this and the FLIR One to compare PCB hotspot detection. About the same price, same resolution, I thought they were comparable. I prefer something that I don't have to connect to my phone to use, so I was hoping this would be a winner. I've compared each to the Adafruit USB isolator because I know the ADuM5000 and ADuM4160 chips get pretty hot. Where the FLIR One found pretty good overall temperature coverage, the IR0002 couldn't even spot the ADuM5000, which is the hotter of the two…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Bookcase Heat Loss

This is a handy little device. looks well made and comes in a really nice case that looks like a small guitar case. The instructions are clear and in real English. It has many functions: it records videos and takes photos. Tempo. The mouse pointer can be moved to different parts of the screen. Temperature ranges can also be set manually, as can temporary alarms. It has a video overlay option which seems to work best for what I'm using it for. The menu is very easy to navigate. It constantly…

Pros
  • Thermal Sensitivity: 0.15 °C Temperature Range: -30 to 1000 °C (-22 to 1832 °F) Temperature Accuracy: +/- 2% or +/- 2 °C
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Im impressed with the ease of use

Failed to load media. The device comes with a 16GB microSD card, USB data/charge cable and manual in a molded foam carrying/storage case. I am impressed how easy it is to work with. It can be operated with one hand, and it is not difficult to master and memorize all operations. When you turn on the device and initialize it, active red blobs appear on the screen after about 30 seconds. A pair of filters (Gaussian and spatiotemporal) can be selected to reduce noise at lower resolutions, and…

Pros
  • Thermal resolution: 32x32, 1024 pixels, camera and video recording, 9Hz refresh rate
Cons
  • Unsure

Bought this camera to use in a business environment for visiting the office. The first impression of the packaging and the feel of the device is good. Nice case included. Including instructions, USB charging cable, 16 GB memory card and instructions. I used to have PerfectPrime devices and was happy with them. I particularly liked their CO2 meters as I found them to be the most accurate of the others I've tried. So before buying, I read reviews of their other thermal imagers and noticed the…

Pros
  • Touchscreen: real-time temperature information from every pixel on the screen
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
