Probably a good product

Glad to get a new machine. And the first thing I do for a perfectly working new machine is start modifications. lol. Seriously, the first thing I do is add K&N to get a little more power and flatten the torque curve. I was about to do this with my new Crosstour until I discovered that one of the metal tubes I would have to bypass would be hanging in the engine bay, presumably to rattle. The K&N system itself is good, but not for my purposes. The Crosstour has plenty of power anyway.

K&N for Honda Accord Coupe 2011

Having never modified anything on my car I was still able to install this intake system fairly easily by just reading the simple instructions with arrows and pictures. It was like a children's book, it was so simple. Then there was a test drive, after the engine had warmed up I fell in. OH GOD I can't believe the difference! My car went from a limited low purr to a full ROAR! I love polishing my car at every opportunity. And I can't confirm it yet, but I think it increased my mpg as well (if…

Good sound and torque

Installed on my 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD. It was somewhat easy to set up and the instructions were great. Once installed, the sound and torque was even greater than I expected. The kit is more than worth buying. If you have a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD, the silicone rubber adapter (part of the kit) that goes from the throttle body to the K&N pipe is too small to fit. I had to contact K&N and they quickly got me the right size. I discovered it was the wrong size after removing the factory air intake and…

Easy to install (08 Accord) Sounds and works great

Fits my 2008 Honda Accord EXLPPros: Very easy to install. You can do it in under an hour with just a couple of wrenches and a little mechanical knowledge. It comes with step-by-step instructions for Honda and Acura. Sounds amazing. Lets your engine growl halfway and then hit the gas. I definitely notice an improvement in throttle response and acceleration over the stock shot. Looks good in the engine compartment. is that you are actually increasing the amount of dirt getting into your engine…

Installs easily. . . Now let's see what he does!

This was a very easy install; The instructions were clear and comprehensive and no changes were required for the 2008 Accord V6. Removing the stock intake manifold is another matter. The airbox and front intake slide out easily enough, but the section under the battery compartment requires removing the inner fender liner. is under load. The intake 'roar' sounds pretty good if you're into that sort of thing (I am) and the engine definitely revs more freely, but it remains to be seen if there are

You pay for that! Brilliant!

This was for a 2009 Honda Accord 4 dr v6, I tried the generics but the check engine light kept coming on. Therefore you pay what you pay for. Research and Development! I tried the Takeda Short Piston Kit, it had way more fittings and adapters than I would have liked, not to mention there was one part missing from delivery (cone adapter!). So they returned it and I bought a trustworthy K&N for another $40. Well it was worth it. The fit is tight and tight. There were supports for the main…

Cool sound effects - work faster - look cool too.

I have used K&N filters on my three recent Audis, my wife's Buick and a Harley V-Rod. I figured I might as well put this on my 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. It went in easily, but I would have liked a better description of the silicone hose seal. I figured this out with some trouble (I might add, I'm very mechanically inclined). I can make some changes to make the installation cleaner. On the Crosstour you have a solid steel breather tube that runs from the crankcase to the air intake. This is a

Sounds stronger, better than MPG, a little faster.

I like it very much. I installed a '09 Accord V6 Coupe AT and it's an improvement in every way. Benefits1. The engine sound is more powerful and sporty and because it's on a V6 rather than an I4 it doesn't have that annoying 'sharper' sound. MPG has improved by about 2 MPG or more, and that's despite the fact that I've been getting more frequent. I average 22mpg when mostly driving around town and actually it was around 18mpg based on my driving style (19mpg city rating). So here it is…

K&N SRI for Honda Accord Coupe 2011

All in all a bit early to say as I only installed it less than a month ago. I have a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe (3.5L) but the dyno sheet is from an older model year. I'm guessing the motor/short rod design hasn't changed, but it would be nice if they updated the datasheet to indicate it's compatible with 2011 models. All parts were included and installation took about an hour. The only complaint I have about the diagram is that the two brackets are drawn from an ambiguous angle. Therefore you may
