good puller for the price

This worked perfectly for my intrepid 2000 and was a lot cheaper than the original puller. Before using this puller I checked the connection and found that the threads were a bit rough so I didn't assign a thread size and ran it back and forth a few times until it worked smoothly. When it came time to use it, everything went smooth as silk.

Pros
  • Blow molded body for easy storage and protection from loss
Cons
  • Negative gift

Best for LS2 in parts

This worked great getting the harmonic balancer out of the LS2 in my 2006 CTS-V. I used the longest bolt in the pack to slide it into the crankshaft. I also needed a 3/8" drive to 1/2" drive adapter (Tekton makes a good set) and a 1/2" pry bar to remove the pulley. Before use, I recommend applying a good synthetic molybdenum grease to the puller threads. , this makes drawing easier and helps the filaments last longer.

Pros
  • Fits almost all Chrysler, Mitsubishi and Dodge 1990 and later
Cons
  • Contact Seller

So cheaply made - Engines and engine parts

After I got this puller I had to use it exactly the next day after I received it however three rods did not fit in the center bolt hole of this puller! So I had to polish them to fit at least one side! so i never used it that day another puller was used instead, today i got a chance to use it on the first try it cracked i was so disappointed for me it was so cheaply made and not even pull anything.

Pros
  • GM and Cadillac 1988 and later, Ford 1995 and later with 3 spokes pressed onto shock absorber
Cons
  • Something else
