This product is labeled 225-245 degrees Celsius so it will print without problems on the Ender 3 which has a hot end of 250 degrees Celsius. It does require some work to set it up for Ender 3 though. After a lot of trial and error I was able to print it quite successfully at 240 degrees Celsius and a print speed of 25mm at 60 degrees. Speed was the key factor. I am a micro manufacturer. I produce large runs of functional parts that need to come off the printer with little to no post-processing. This PETG has fewer restrictions overall. The surface finish is excellent. I did my own head-to-head comparison. Esun, Ovature, RepRap (which I still like and use for other purposes), Revain Basics and more.
