Looks much nicer in the pictures. What you actually get is a jig that had poor excuses for suction cups and enclosed perch dowel rods that don't stay in place very well. They are too small for the holes to put them in and will squirm when your bird tries to sit there. I think you can glue them. It is possible to replace the suction cups with stronger ones. But then you could just build it yourself.

The suction cups don't stick well even after washing off the transport dust. The covering of the perches is interesting - it almost resembles a squid bone. Since it got so dusty in transit I wouldn't want to dip it in water to clean it but it has held up well. Half of the cups will stick well and the other half won't last more than a minute or two. Haven't been able to convince any bird to perch on it yet, but we'll see if she likes it and survives hopping on the birds outside!

It's just junk, it's crumbly and seems poisonous to my sunny kennel as it loves to gnaw on anything and everything. There was dust from the perch stuff on the packaging and there was all this crystal dust on the suction cups that made it look so dirty. It's just not safe for birds, the material used seems really unsafe when ingested by birds in general. The suction cups suck, they don't hold well. I have a feeling you can definitely buy better shower rods elsewhere.
