Description of 🌪️ Revolutionary Plated Resistant Creality Tornado MakerBot – Unmatched Performance and Durability!

USA made Micro-Swiss Plated Brass Wear Resistant Nozzles extend nozzle life dramatically when using abrasive materials. Ultra-hard coating creates a low friction nozzle that outlasts uncoated brass. Brass base material retains thermal conductivity for unchanged thermal performance. Fit a large variety of machines, check listing name carefully to make sure it fits your printer, or get in touch with us if you are unsure. Package Dimensions: 3" L x 2" W x 0.5" H.

Precise hole size to fit 3D printer extruder

They seem to have the right hole size unlike others I've bought. My 0.4mm acupuncture needles (which measure exactly 0.40mm on several calipers) fit nicely in the hole of these attachments (I have 2 of them). Needles get stuck in many of the other (25) plain brass nozzles I bought online and some of them had burrs that needed cleaning. Others work well, but I like the lack of flow regulation and the longer life that this one promises. We'll see about the durability.

Pros
  • Wear-resistant Micro-Swiss coated brass nozzles, made in USA, greatly extend nozzle life when used with abrasive materials.
Cons
  • Some small things

I had high hopes for this nozzle as it costs $15 but I'm not impressed. I have Hatchbox Blue Glow in uses dark filament and some internally glowing PLA Both ripped my standard brass nozzles 0.2mm from the tip very quickly My standard brass: around 300 grams (100 meters) and it went from 0.4 to 0.8 and lost 0.5mm from the tip. While this bit performed slightly better, it's not enough to justify the cost. It doesn't make sense that I'd pay that much for one when I can get 10 standard brass tips…

Pros
  • Package Dimensions: 3"L x 2"W x 0.5"H
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

UPDATE 10/2020: I've had tension issues, especially on long journeys between parts. I'm not sure if he was there from the start of the die or not. But after passing around 500g of CF nylon plus 1kg of polycarbonate and a few kg of PETG and PLA, it definitely gets very annoying - even PLA leaks out of the nozzle easily. Needing to print something without stretching the cord, I replaced my original brass nozzle (it had many pounds of non-abrasive filament) and the cord is gone. I compared the…

Pros
  • Super hard coating creates a low friction nozzle that lasts longer than bare brass. The brass base material retains thermal conductivity, which ensures constant heat output.
