Overall a great pump for what I had to do. I had to change the fluid in the powertrain and rear wheel drive on my Jeep Patriot. The pump pumped out the 80w-90 gear oil with ease, and the hose was flexible enough to get into some awkward spots. My only complaint is that the pump doesn't reach the bottom of the liter bottle and doesn't seal well when screwed onto the bottle. I have found this pump essential for changing the oil in the transfer case and rear differential on my 2013 Toyota RAV4. There just isn't enough room to pour the oil straight from the bottle into the crates. I find a pump almost mandatory for changing the RAV4 transmission oil. Pros: - Very smooth operation. It works great with 1 liter bottles and delivers the liquid from the bottle to [insert liquid intake here] but takes time. I purchased this and another similar model from Advance Auto Parts to replace the T-case and manual transmission fluid in my 1999 Nissan Frontier. I used it to fill the fluid in the T body and another from Advance for the gear box as it could hold both standard quarts and 1 gallon jugs. This one will only fit the standard quart size. This one also pumps less liquid per pump

So it worked for what I needed. However, the gear lube I bought (Motorcraft Mercon LV) had a larger port/cap instead of the smaller port/cap it was designed for. I ended up pouring the liquid into another appropriately sized bottle to make sure it was screwed on tight and there wouldn't be a problem. I bought this with the intention of topping up my transmission fluid after dropping the oil pan and changing the filter on my 2011 F-150 which uses a Motorcraft Mercon LV.
