Not Worth the Investment for Industrial and Scientific Use

After trying an industrial drill bit from this brand, I was disappointed by its lack of durability. While it may work for a DIY project at home, it is not reliable for professional use in the industrial and scientific fields. The one benefit of this product is its initial ease of use, but it quickly diminishes after multiple uses. The cons outweigh any potential pros for this underwhelming cutting tool.

Pros
  • Performs well on hard materials such as porcelain and glass tiles
Cons
  • May dull quickly with prolonged use on harder surfaces, reducing its lifespan

They work! Make sure you buy enough. I needed to drill 15 holes in a 3/8" PORCELAIN TILE and this required 3 drill bits. But the holes were perfect. Dip the tip in water often enough to cool it down.

Pros
  • Specially formulated carbide tip for increased durability, no walking, and clean, accurate holes
Cons
  • Not sure

A Drill That Can - Mechanical & Hand Tools

Creating a clean hole in a thick piece of porcelain shouldn't be an easy task. With that attitude and after reading user reviews, I decided to give it a try and ordered it. I followed the instructions and using a battery powered drill, started the slow drilling process for 8-10 seconds at a time, inserting the drill into the water each time. Patience is key, and this includes using only light or moderate pressure.

Pros
  • 3x the life and 2x the cutting speed (compared to traditional carbide drills)
Cons
  • No automatic
