The thing I like most about this is how it really does help improve the position of my toes. Slowly. But it's happening! One month of wearing these and my feet have stopped hurting (I'd say by 80% so far) as my toes no longer curl beneath the others when I wear shoes (without the toe separators). The fit of this device on my small toe detracted from its usefulness and comfort, but this was NOT a BIG factor. I like the product

This product is comfortable to wear. It certainly provides separation of the toes. However, its efficacy in preventing "hammer toe" may not be as good. Granted, it's a thorny problem. Some more stiffness would be helpful. However, this is made of very pliable silicone. Dunno. Will have to do some more research.
