🚚 Enhanced Performance Truck and Tow Brake Kit - Power Stop K5874-36 Review

I installed them on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro as I hated factory breaks. They turned out to work much better than the factory rotors and pads, I'd say about a 40% improvement over the stock brakes, which is a big deal. I spend a lot of time on the Autobahn and I feel a lot better with these new breaks. I would highly recommend this set of brakes to anyone with a Toyota 4Runner. I had my doubts about this brand of rotors and pads but I am 100% satisfied with the amazing grip of the Z36 on my heavy 2014 4runner. While I won't claim a percentage increase in braking performance, I can tell you that it's greatly improved. I bought them and installed them on a 2015 4runner with front and rear off-road bumpers, winch, skid plate, roof rack and sliders. I purchased this product as an initial diagnostic to deal with steering wheel wobble when braking at high speed on my 2014 4runner. Love the finish on the rotors, the pads also have rubber padding and clamps and they look good quality. It had E-clips for the front pads, but I reused the factory C-clips just out of preference. Update 05/10/2021 like this. On a 61500-ish truck I put them on for about 30,000 ish. So they did what the original brakes used to do. My first 4runner (2004) needed brakes and calipers every 15,000. At 30k this truck needed discs and pads, at 60k it just needed pads (at least that's what I was told on 5/12/2021). This time I got the PowerStop pads as they did what the OEM did.
