Ideal miter gauge slot for standard miter gauge

If your miter gauge uses a 3/4" x 3/8" bar it will fit your miter gauge perfectly and measure perfectly. A 1/2" slot is needed, so you can reinforce the bottom if you plan to build it into a 3/4" table. This should not be confused with the narrower T-rail.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Actually I don't like it, it's ok

Not suitable for standard T-bolts!

Standard T-track bolts are 1/2 inch wide. The T-Bar on this product has an inside dimension of approximately 1/16 less than this width. So if you are planning to use this product with a standard T track bolt it will not fit. However, this problem is solved by going to the hardware store and buying a hex bolt.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Security

Haven't installed this yet but bought it for a router table I'm building

I haven't installed this yet but I've seen if my corner stops fit in and they fit. From the dimensions it seems to be quite good. It's extremely stiff, which is good and feels very durable. The holes are not drilled so you will need to counter the sink and drill holes to attach it if you plan to screw it in.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Exchange Availability

Works great with My Delta Contractors Table Saw

This guide worked great in my Delta Portable Table Saw. The sizes corresponded to those indicated. I used it to make a cross slide and it worked great. In my situation I had to use a shim between the rail and the bottom of the slide to ensure the correct clearance for a smooth slide. I am very happy with the product and will come back if I need a different mount or similar. The product arrived a day earlier than expected.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Flamboyant

POWERTEC 71156 48 " Aluminum T-Bar Combo with Angle Aluminum T-Bar

Product arrived quickly, well packaged and works as expected. I needed a 23" for the large band saw table that I built, but I bought the 48" so I could have more for future projects. While it would be nice if the T-rail came pre-drilled/counter-drilled, it was fairly easy to drill my own ( and right where I needed it.) There is some side play between the T-track and T-bar, but this shouldn't affect overall accuracy.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • So far so good

The track is great, but the stakes aren't quite the right size.

I understand you don't want the sliding part to get stuck in the track, but this one is way too noisy for precise use. I need to find something else to use as a runner. In addition, the sliding insert runs "high" in the guide, which means that when clamped, the top of the insert is slightly higher than the guide. This makes it almost useless for devices other than those that need to be secured in place. If you just want a slightly wobbly slider insert, this works great. In any case, I was more…

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • concise manual

Doesn't match the height of my hard end like others

I had an old Ryobi table saw and I built a carriage with it, had to use shims to lift it onto the carriage to prevent binding. I bought a new hard saw and the old carriage doesn't work because that corner bar is too low and now I need to tighten it even more. At the moment two washers is too many, so I'll have to find something else. So the bar sits and waits and you get 3 stars. If it was the right height for any saw it might have gotten 4 or 5 stars, but I haven't gotten around to using it…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Minor issues
