Really helped by 7.5yo with major heal pain (team gymnast diagnosed with Sever's). During summer (camps, lots of outdoor play) they'd get really dirty and sandy, but just rinsing with water was easy and they were back to their normal sticky self right away! I like that it came with 2 pairs.

seem to be working well for my daughter's heel issues. she says they are comfortable. they are very sticky which helps them stay in the shoe well but they also attract lots of dirt.

These are the perfect thickness for my sons stress fracture. I wish they had some traction on the bottom (the adhesive doesn't work). My son complains they slip around in his shoe and don't stay put. He stopped wearing them after 2 days. He prefers the kidsole sport heel cups with traction for no slipping (although they are quite a bit thinner).

My 9 year hurt his foot (plantar fasciitis) we bought this and the "KidSole RX Gel Sports Sock for Kids with Heel Sensitivity from Severs Disease, Plantar Fasciitis”. He wore both to school everyday for extra support and the kidsole only when at home (in addition to soaking his feet every morning and night with epsom salt and warm water). His feet heeled nicely. Great product. Does the job.

Fit my 9-yo shoes, but they were really uncomfortable for him. Gave the 2nd pair to my friend, a man. They fit his shoes/feet, but also very uncomfortable. Both recipients threw them away after a day of attempted use.This product is NOT a "heel cup". It is a wedge, with slightly upturned edges. The wedge is so thick it is like wearing a shoe with heels on it, and it severely changes the angle and balance of your foot. Completely the opposite of what a person wants when they already have

These are very helpful to my daughter who has plantar fasciitis. She has some shoes that her orthotics dont fit in and these help her to tolerate those shoes. My mother also likes them for her high heel shoes to provide more comfort so I ordered her some as well.
