Very comfortable good for me

My daughter has severe disease and her doctor suggested these. They are great and comfortable. My only complaint is they don’t stick for a long time.

Pros
  • Provides a non-slip grip, ensuring your child's shoes stay firmly in place
Cons
  • Gel material may become hard or lose its shape over time

Does the job! best in my review

My son has been complaining of foot issues and from personal experience, I knew that it was from plantar fasciitis. Within 1 day his feet no longer were sore. These were cheap and very well made!

Pros
  • Compact and easy to store, making them perfect for travel or to keep in a school bag
Cons
  • May cause shoes to become too tight in certain areas

Seevers disease best in my review

These helped a ton. My son was in do much pain. His heals hurt so bad he either walks on tip toes or limps. Its getting better. He says it helps a lot. He says helped a ton in cleats. They stuck in his nasty cleats all season. And he played a few times in the rain and they still stuck in there. He has had them in his tennis shoes as well and still on them. They hold up well. When he needs new shoes I will for sure buy him these again

Pros
  • The heel cup is made out of premium grade synthetic gel with a soft top layer and slip resistant adhesive design.
Cons
  • May be too thick for some shoe styles

Made my daughter soccer cleats super comfortable to run in!

I put these in my daughters soccer shoes. She had been complaining that her heels were hurting from all the running she was doing in the cleats. Since we’ve added these to her shoes she hasn’t complained at all!

Pros
  • Lightweight and comfortable, ensuring your child can wear them for extended periods without discomfort
Cons
  • May cause shoes to wear out more quickly

Nice but entirely to thick!

These are so comfortable according to my 8 year old with severs disease. She wants to wear them but can't. They are SO thick and her shoes simply won't stay on. I've even taken the soles out, etc. No luck.

Pros
  • My daughter is a gymnast and I purchased these for inside her shoes and she loves them.
Cons
  • Overpriced for a set of two pairs

Perfect for kids with Severs Disease

My 9yo son developed Severs Disease (pain in the heels). These inserts significantly reduced his pain after the first use. A must buy for parents with growing kids!

Pros
  • High-quality materials that meet strict safety standards, ensuring your child's welfare is protected
Cons
  • May not offer enough arch support for those with fallen arches

Excellent padding, a bit wide for kids shoes

Got these for our 9 year old who was having a growth plate issue. They worked great in helping to reduce his pain and have excellent cushion. My only complaint is that they are a little wide for kids shoes (size 2.5), but a little home customization with the exact-o knife solved that.

Pros
  • Seem to have really helped my grandson with his heel pain during sports!!
Cons
  • Difficult to clean and maintain

Heel pain almost gone in my 9 year old.

My son is 9 and diagnosed with Sever's Disease. Basically, heel pain due to growth. The doctor recommended a heel lift. My son also has slight sensory issues and doesn't do well with the seams/tags in clothes and he doesn't wear jeans. He doesn't even know he has these in and the heel pain is substantial less. We went from daily complaints of pain to only hearing about it on days when he runs cross country and has soccer back to back. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • Ideal for kids who are active and participate in sports or other physical activities
Cons
  • Cannot be trimmed or shaped to fit a specific shoe

Heel support - my new review

Purchased this for my grandson who plays baseball. He is having a little trouble getting used to them. Everything else about the product is good.

Pros
  • B01MSP8L7Z
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with skin sensitivities or allergies

Gave the extra boost we needed!

Updated review:Definitely keeping these at 5 stars! We just returned from Disneyland and he was able to go on all the 40 inch rides! These made him plenty tall enough! They measured him every time, and each time it was obvious that he was tall enough. He had a blast, and it made paying for his ticket much more worth it!The one thing I would say is make sure to get a high top shoe or boot for ankle support.Original review:These are just what I was looking for! My 3.5 yo is 39 and 3/4 inches tall

Pros
  • Can be worn with or without socks, providing versatility for different types of shoes
Cons
  • May lead to increased sweating or moisture buildup in the shoe

Great for kids soccer cleats

My son plays a lot of soccer often on artificial turf. He was having pain in one heel. We put these in his size two adidas predator cleats underneath the insole that came with the shoe. These worked better than the full length foam insoles made by same company.

Pros
  • Perfect for use in school shoes to ensure your child is comfortable throughout the day
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with circulation issues or diabetes

Did not fit and provide support

To me and my son, this was supposed to provide heel support and did not provide much more than a soft landing support. The height of this insert made it uneven and after sometime it became uncomfortable to walk on it. Would not recommend for a longer period of use.

Pros
  • Very hard material. Good for adding height but not really helpful with shock absorption
Cons
  • Gel adhesive starts to lose its stickiness after a few wears

I'm a nurse and an on my feet literally all day, and a I run 3-4 x per week. My right heel stated hurting after getting new work shoes. I thought they had enough support as they're the same as my running shoes. I bought the heel cups hyping they would help. They're bigger and harder then I thought. I couldn't wear them just resting inside the shoe as the front edge of the cup felt like a lump. I put the cup under the insole that came with the shoe, and that helped. The cups are thick and I had…

Pros
  • My son has Severs Syndrome and said he could tell a difference right away.
Cons
  • Material feels cheap and flimsy

I ordered these for my daughter who wears a size .

I ordered these for my daughter who wears a size 1.5 sneaker. They fit well in the shoe, but the heel part of the sole slides forward when she's running. She has to stop and readjust the heel insert. The heel insert is doing what's it intended to do, but it's difficult for a 7 year old to constantly readjust.

Pros
  • My 10 year old son started complaining of heel pain, so I put these in his shoes and his pain stopped.
Cons
  • May cause discomfort or irritation on certain foot shapes or arches

Great for Women's Shoes!

I read the reviews saying that they're just too big for a kid's shoes. Yup, I imagine that's right. I wear a women't 9.5 shoe (so definitely not a small women's shoe!) and these are perfect. I have a full length insert so I just slipped these beneath. The full-length insert holds these heal pads in place perfectly they never slip. Highly recommend these. Also, a great bargain as you get two pair instead of one when you buy women's.

Pros
  • Washable and reusable, ensuring you don't need to purchase new pads frequently
Cons
  • May cause shoes to feel rigid and inflexible

Good for kids who tie their shoes tight.

My son was not happy with these. They move around too much inside his shoe. If they stayed out, I'm sure they would do the job fine. They aren't a good choice for a kid who prefers his shoes to be a bit loose.

Pros
  • Designed to fit seamlessly into most types of shoes, including trainers, sandals and boots
Cons
  • May leave sticky residue on the inside of shoes

working well for my opinion

Got these for my 9 year old. He reports that they are helping a lot. Put a pair in his soccer cleats and regular sneakers. Close-toed design may lead to foot fungus or other infections.

Pros
  • Provides cushioning and shock absorption, reducing the impact on growing feet
Cons
  • Close-toed design may lead to foot fungus or other infections

Thick but squishy for my opinion

I bought these for my 9 year old daughter. She has severs disease, which causes inflammation in the growth plate of her heel. The dr recommend these. They are really thick, so she can’t use them in all of her shoes. I also bought her dr scholls heel pads, which fit better. These are best it boots.

Pros
  • Fits US shoe sizes 1-6, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of children
Cons
  • May cause shoes to fit too loosely or slip off the foot

I bought these for my 6 year old who is suffering from calcaneal apophysitis. They seem to alleviate some of her heel pain, although with in the first week one of the inserts tore, and they do not stay in place very well.

Pros
  • Suitable for use by boys and girls
Cons
  • May cause shoes to slide or move around on the foot during wear

Second time purchasing

I buy these for my 11 year old, he has problems with his heels hurting, especially during football season. Its nice it comes with 2 sets, one for regular shoes and another for football cleats. The first set lasted about 8 months before needing replaced. Only slight complaint is they don't stick in shoes that well, they tend to fall out and get misplaced from time to time.

Pros
  • Suitable for use by toddlers, preschoolers and older kids alike
Cons
  • May cause shoes to become too tight around the ankle area
